Raised on a ranch in southwest Montana, Dr. Peter Lucon saw early on that machines inevitably break, get fixed, and fail again. Determined to solve that cycle, he pursued a Master’s and PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Montana State University while working in R&D for a growing technology company.
Peter built his career around creating robust designs and bringing products from concept to market. He has led engineering teams as a Director of Technology and Processing, and his expertise spans product development, machine design, mathematical system modeling, destructive testing to define operating envelopes and validate safety margins, and intellectual property. Over the years, he has been granted 16 U.S. patents, with many more pending.
After years of balancing industry work with teaching, Peter recently stepped away from academia to focus fully on building and growing his businesses. Today, he applies his deep technical background and entrepreneurial experience to deliver practical, innovative engineering solutions for clients and partners.
Chief Operating Officer

Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in Electrical and Systems Controls, blending technical expertise with product development and leadership skills. His career spans electrical hardware design, embedded software development, PLCs, and HMIs, giving him a comprehensive view of complex systems.
He has specified instrumentation for a wide range of applications, from temperature measurement to mechanical resonance tracking, and has led projects in web-based visualization tools as well as electrical compliance. Beyond design, Brian has extensive hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring that solutions work not only on paper, but in the field.
With B.S. degrees in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Kansas State University, Brian delivers a practical, systems-level approach to solving engineering challenges and guiding products from concept through implementation.

Ray has over 40 years' experience as an engineer, higher education administrator and faculty member, marketing and sales professional, and entrepreneur. He has developed both non-profit and for-profit corporations, and has assisted other companies with strategic development and management.
Having worked in marketing and sales for both private and public sector organizations, Ray has a well-rounded approach to sales, marketing, and creating a dynamic and inclusive corporate culture. In a consulting role, Ray helps manage the marketing and sales activities within PEKE. He is a Montana native and an engineering graduate from Montana Tech

Dave has over 35 years' experience as a seasoned engineer, business leader, and entrepreneur. He grew a small environmental consulting company into one of the Northwest's leading environmental engineering firms with six offices across two states. He has been involved in technology and product development from concept through manufacturing. Under Dave's leadership, PEKE has grown significantly and is now poised to be a global leader in resonant systems technologies.
Dave is a native Montanan, a Geological Engineering graduate of Montana Tech, and is a Certified Professional Geologist and a Registered Professional Engineer in Montana, Wyoming, and Utah.
